UTV300 Attachment Snowblower

UTV 300 is flexibel unit snowblower designed for use on airports and roads. It is most suitable for snowclearing and snowloading at airports, but it is also very suitable for use on snow covered roads and mountain roads.

Based on the dual stage system, which consists of the slowly rotating horizontal auger and the fast turning impellor, the snowblower is capable of clearing all types of snow, even wet hardpacked or icy snow. The mechanical power transmission has been designed for heavy duty operation under the worst possible winter conditions. Following the success of the UTV 400, the UTV 300 has its engine mounted in the driving direction without complicated transmission components such as drop-boxes, angle-gears etc.

Both the auger and the impellor are protected against damages by mechanical shear pins. In this way the UTV 300 represents the benefit of the "In-Line" concept. The snowblower attachment is perfectly suited for wheel loaders with an operating weight of 11 tons (Volvo L 70 C B, Cat IT 28) to 15 tons (Volvo L90, Cat it 38).
